Welcome

Welcome to my blog. This is gonna be where I post about my life, poker, and staking adventures for 2010. I've had a good start so far, I'm up a about $700 in 11 days playing $50NL 6 max on Pokerstars. I switched from full ring (9 handed) to 6 max about the last couple months of 2009, and will be playing almost all 6 max cash throughout the year. I will be playing some tournaments off and on, but I'm gonna be committed to cash play this year for the most part.

I'll also continue staking with my Mutual Fund (ChicagoAPA-MF) on Parttimepoker.com as I have been since July 2008. I really enjoy staking with the fund, its something that I am very glad to have the opportunity to do. So far in the past I've done pretty well with it. In 2008 I had a big start and made $14k (total profit) with it. 2009 was a little rough for a while, spent the 1st 10 months just breaking even which was really frustrating, but around the end of October I went on a pretty good heater and made $7k total profit, so the fund stands at $21k total lifetime profit, and I hope to make $15k+ in 2010!

I'm feeling really happy these days, and in a good place personally. 2009 was a a year that I would like to forget about, but is basically impossible because I lost my grandmother who I have always been very close to all my life. I miss her very much but at least I know I was with her till the end, and she had a good life, and thats about all anyone can ask for. Anyways, thats all for now, time to get some things going!
